Abstract


Erdos City belongs to the city with higher economic development level in the field of the Nei Monggol Autonomous Region. The volume of the consumption of the energy also has the increasing trend. In recent years, with the constant optimization of the structure of the energy, the government pays more and more attention to the industry of the natural gas. In order to avoid the overexploitaction of some strategic resources, the government made a series of preferential policies to prompt the development and use of the natural gas. Huida natural gas company was founded under this kind of background.How to make the right development strategies facing with the current development environment is very important to the realization of the development objectives of the company. In the paper, the author takes advantage of the relevant theories to research and analyze the development strategy of the project of Huida Natural gas Company in Erdos City.The author first analyzes the opportunities and threats of the external development environment of the company. Then the author critically evaluates the strengths and weaknesses that the company is facing. On the basis of the critical evaluation, the author draws the conclusion of the external environmental factors such as the industry and the business which can influence the development of the company. At the same time, the author analyzes and researches several relevant development strategies according to the long-term development objectives of Huida Natural Gas Company. On the basis of the research and analysis, the author draws the conclusion that the company should adopt the intensive development strategy. In order to realize this kind of development strategy, Huida Natural Gas Company should make the appropriate development strategies in order to prompt the implementation of this kind of strategy effectively. Huida Natural Gas Company should adopt the corresponding measures mainly around the building of the enterprise cultures, the management of the process, the human resource training and management, the improvement of the marketing ideas, the control of the internal finance and the management and maintenance of the customers. Thus it can ensure the successful implementation of the intensive development strategy. The author regards the strategic development as the starting point of the research. At the same time, the author predicts the future development environment of the company according to the relevant theories of the strategic management. Then the author puts forward the strategic schemes which are appropriate for the company on the basis of the current situations of the company. Thus it is good to realize the quick and stable development of Huida Natural Gas Company. Therefore, this research has certain theoretical values and the practical meaning to the research.
