Abstract

Pharmaceutical industry is the sunrise industry in our country and even in the world。As the reform of commodity circulation deepening and pharmaceutical market gradually promoting, the pharmaceutical industry formed equal competition and free marketing circulation system。MEBO pharmaceutical enterprise is engaged in the life science.After years of accumulation, MEBO pharmaceutical enterprise has a strong research ability and perfect production ability, which has independent intellectual property rights of the drugs, health care, nutrition food, cosmetic products, medical devices, etc dozens of kinds of series recycled products.That is the purpose of this study of SWOT analysis through in-depth analysis of the present situation, MEBO pharmaceutical enterprise analysis on the current of the challenges and opportunities and discusses how to adjust enterprise strategy, not only to the further development of the enterprise has practical guidance, but also for the domestic industry after each enterprise face medical reform the existence and the development of the theory and practice provides useful reference。The purpose of this study is to analyze the current challenges and opportunities and to discusses how to adjust enterprise strategy through in-depth analysis with SWOT method. It has practical guidance for the further development of the enterprisethe and the theory and practice reference for the domestic industry after the reform of enterprises. The dissertation is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. This paper briefly introduced the preface of the background and significance of the research topic and put forward the research content of theoretical and practical significance. This chapter introduced the research status of domestic and foreign relevant theory and on the basis of the research expounds the content and innovations.The second part introduced the relevant theories and research.This chapter introduced strategic management of the basic concepts and strategic research related theory and reviewed the evolution of the enterprise strategic management ideas, then discussed the labour-intensive growth strategy, integration growth strategy and diversified development strategy.The third part is the enterprise strategic environment analysis. This chapter detailed analysis the macro environment and the industrial environment that our country medicine enterprise are currently facing. Then it discussed the competitive pharmaceutical company situation and development direction.The fourth part briefly account MEBO enterprise’s profile and the recently performance. Through the method of SWOT analysis demonstrates the MEBO pharmaceutical enterprise development advantages and disadvantages and presents the challenges and opportunities.The fifth part is the new medical environment pharmaceutical enterprise development strategy research. In this part the paper first identified the development strategies of MEBO pharmaceutical enterprise and determined the future development trends. This part put forward seven security measures to implement of the strategic planning.The sixth part is conclusion and prospect. Through the above research conclusion is obtained in this paper, then prospected the development of our country medicine enterprise. I hope for the further analysis on the medical enterprise development strategy.
