Abstract

The the mountain honey locust (Gleditsia Japonica.Miq) is a leguminous hematoxylin subfamily woody perennials , widely distributed in China . The rich resources of mountain honey locust pod triterpenoid saponins content of more than 20% . The triterpenoid saponins surfactant is an excellent antibacterial anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer and other medical efficacy . Of acacia seeds and spines also has good medicinal value and broad application prospects . In this paper, colorimetry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination of total saponins of the mountain of acacia in to which vanillin - sulfuric acid as a reagent in the separation and purification mountain gleditsioside of as a standard . Mountain shittim total saponin yield three factors ( ie , methanol concentration , extraction time and the number of times ) in the experimental comparative study , and its optimum conditions were optimized using orthogonal test . The results are as follows : standard linear regression equation is A = 0.0019C - 0.0020 , R = 0.9993 . The order of the three factors that affect the size of the extraction rate of total saponins : the number of extraction gt ; concentration of methanol gt ; extraction time, extraction Mountain shittim total saponins optimal parameters : 75 % methanol extract 60min, extracted three times . The mountain of acacia surfactant , mainly mountain of acacia surfactant influencing factors and the role of these factors in the extraction process of the law , after the the mountain of acacia surface active agent extracted conditions by orthogonal test optimization , the results obtained show that the mountain of acacia extract the optimum extraction conditions : mountain shittim content of 10 % , extraction time of 60 min , soaking time 60min, extraction temperature 98 ° C , three times the number of extraction . After the study of various aspects of performance of the mountain the Gleditsia surface active agent , the results show with the mountain Honeylocust surface active agent having a very good surface activity and washing effect . Mountain of acacia seeds and rind chemical composition and amino acid content were compared , the results showed that the mountain of acacia seeds and rind chemical composition and amino acid content were differences , can also be seen from this mountain of acacia seeds and rind nutritional component is very rich , very good nutritional value and economic value , and broad development prospects .
