Abstract

Industrial enterprises is the main support of our national economy, single-storey industrial plant of industrial enterprises in the main building structure, the seismic performance of this kind of structure directly determines the degree of economic losses after the earthquake enterprise, and even affect the development of the national economy as a whole. Seismic vulnerability analysis can better reflect the seismic capacity of the structure, but also the core areas of the earthquake disaster damage assessment. Therefore, choose a single-storey industrial plant seismic vulnerability analysis, given without earthquake-proof and earthquake damage matrix after the seismic fortification monolayer plant and fragility curves. First, we put together Haicheng, Tangshan earthquake storey industrial factory typical earthquake damage, summarize and recommended storey industrial plant without seismic fortification earthquake damage matrix. Followed by China in the Battle storey industrial factory, without earthquake-proof in decreasing seismic fortification of the increase in the year, while the lack of earthquake damage after the seismic fortification monolayer plant. In this paper, a single layer of reinforced concrete column plant as the research object, by orthogonal design and the Latin hypercube sampling, sampling of the small sample size, given the different seismic fortification type of plants using nonlinear finite element numerical simulation of seismic fragility curves. In this paper, the structure seismic fragility analysis method has the following characteristics: (1) This paper compares the pros and cons of the various sampling techniques such as Monte Carlo, and finally select the combination of Latin hypercube sampling and orthogonal design, to ensure a representative sample on the basis of uniformity, greatly reducing the number of samples taken, and to improve the computational efficiency; ② at home and abroad in the numerical simulation of fragility curves, mainly considering the uncertainty of ground motion, with little consideration of the structure model uncertainty parameters vulnerability analysis, and this paper took into account the uncertainty of the ground motion and structural model of eight parameters; ③ taking into account the artificial ground motion synthesis inherent deficiencies, and selected 45 natural earthquake automatically recorded in magnitude, epicentral distance and site soil conditions uniform sampling, to fully consider the uncertainty of ground motion parameters. Finally, through a single factor, intuitive analysis and variance analysis, ground motion and structural model uncertainty parameter plant seismic vulnerability analysis, given the uncertainty in the seismic fragility analysis of such structures The parameters of the selected proposals. This article only a single layer of reinforced concrete columns plant vulnerability analysis, but this analysis method can also be extended to the other types of plant seismic fragility analysis.
