Abstract

The papers for the purpose of soil microbial nitrification microorganisms to antibiotics , and select the three antibiotics streptomycin , chloramphenicol and penicillin , 1 mg · g-1 and 10 mg · g -1 two kinds of soil concentration add mix after 25 ℃ culture , to study the effects of antibiotics on soil respiration , nitrification and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and ammonia oxidizing archaea ; simultaneous determination of the impact of antibiotics on the Determination of ammonium nitrogen . The main results are as follows : 1 . Streptomycin , chloramphenicol and penicillin inhibited ammonium nitrogen with sodium hypochlorite and phenol indophenol blue reaction ; Similarly, the antibiotics can also inhibit acid colorimetry color reaction . Therefore , the conventional does not apply to artificial colorimetric analysis of ammonium nitrogen solution containing antibiotics . Three antibiotics degradation in soil can , including the fastest rate of degradation in the penicillin , streptomycin , followed . The different soil antibiotics ability to degrade significantly different vegetable soil degradation of antibiotics significantly higher than the tea garden soil and paddy soil . 3. Antibiotic did not lead to decrease in the content of ammonium nitrogen , but its content increases , which indicates that the above antibiotics does not constitute a limiting factor of the mineralization . Ammonium nitrogen in the soil increase due to the degradation of the antibiotic , the degradation rate of the order of penicillin , streptomycin , chloramphenicol . Add antibiotics , although the cause the ammonium nitrogen there is a certain increase , but the nitrate content of the worse , suggesting that nitrification in the soil significantly inhibited by antibiotics . Therefore , the soil nitrate content by antibiotic mineralization generate ammonium nitrogen stimulation and the combined effects of the antibiotics inhibit nitrification . 5 the antibiotics ammonia oxidizing microorganisms (AOA, AOB) in different soil mixed performance ; ammonia oxidation in vegetable soil microbial community structure was significantly higher than the stability of the tea plantations and paddy soil .
