Abstract


With the computer and network technology continues to develop updates and Internet / Intranet extensive use of web-based application development has become a trend. Currently, web-based library applications and services have been a number of remote collaborative design possible. In this paper, Bucket Elevator for the design process, proposed in the ASP architecture on the design of bucket elevator system construction program. Using this system, designers can interactive, remote online environment fast, high-speed design of mechanical products, a truly intelligent design, will effectively shorten the product design and development cycle, improve product quality, reduce product cost important tool.ASP framework proposed in this paper the design of system solutions, the use of B/S mode provides external and internal design staff according to some basic design parameters can be carried out on the selection of bucket elevator design, final design results obtained. In addition, this system includes parts libraries, designers can model Bucket parts online search, browse, download and manage.The main work is as follows:(1) Sets out to establish Bucket type design system theory and method of web technology. Analysis of domestic and international web-based development of mechanical products, including the library, virtual manufacturing center, and collaborative design systems with the issues, detailing the bucket elevator design selection process, and some use of web technology to solve the data storage, information integration and other issues.(2) Analysis of the product service model structure and database management and access technology. The system uses B / S mode to reduce the development and maintenance costs, the user access the server through a browser security to be more concise. In addition the system used in the SQL database server and ADO database access technology to solve the efficiency problem of poor low and portability, allowing users to quickly retrieve, query data.(3) Focus on Bucket Selection and Design module and implementation of library module components. Users can select the basic parameters of the page, submit the form with ADO technology design results can be obtained directly, and can jump to the parts library of parts to search, download, the client application CAD View and the 3D XML Graphics Preview plug-in with the help of a part in the web environment visual dynamic browsing.
