Deepening and development of smart grid technologies will inevitably bring about profound changes in the development of the grid demand side, how to deal with new technologies and new changes to Demand Side Management poses a severe challenge. Various prominent structural contradictions in how effectively today's ever-changing grid development, the use of appropriate theory and methods applicable to the smart grid era of demand-side management supporting policy system, to solve the power system in the new era, it is worth exploring. In this paper, the development of a smart grid for the grid the specific impact of the changes brought about as a foothold, and pointed out the problems of our traditional DSM supporting mechanism and policy framework under the influence of countries for these problems combine Research , more reasonable and more applicable policy recommendations, and by means of theoretical analysis and modeling evaluation and verification of these policy recommendations. Completed the following work: First, the development and changes of the world smart grid power systems, analyzes the distributed power three electric vehicles and energy storage technologies demand side changes brought to the grid . Secondly, based on the distributed power on the grid, electric vehicles and energy storage technology to bring the specific impact and draw on the practical experience of the other countries of the world on the advanced smart grid DSM, respectively, for the development of the demand side of the above three changes in China's power grid, the incentive policy recommendations proposed DSM supporting mechanisms. In order to achieve a more comprehensive assessment of supporting policy recommendations on the proposed demand-side management, the introduction of game theory and evolutionary game theory, evaluation and decision-making model based on evolutionary game theory, demand-side policy evaluation index system, and further proposed evolutionary game model of multi-evaluation of demand-side incentives for change - one of the three types of demand-side distributed power demand side management supporting policy recommendations theoretical modeling and evaluation. Finally, the combination of a specific application examples, supporting incentives for the calculation and verification of distributed power grid, numerical results show that the proposed incentive policy recommendations of his mind, to verify the proposed model with the rationality of the method. The same time, the paper made a smart grid demand-side management support mechanisms overall research and analysis associated with specific policy recommendations, proposed the use of evolutionary game theory model for policy evaluation methodology, to further establish smart grid demand side management of long-term mechanism to provide a useful reference.
