Abstract

Biodiversity after billions of years of life on Earth evolve , it is the material basis of human survival . The purpose of this thesis is to study remote sensing data and the relationship of biodiversity , in the spectral heterogeneity hypothesis on the basis of trying to find several typical forest plant diversity and remote sensing data of vegetation index mathematical relationship . The main conclusions of the study and innovations are as follows : 1 ) papers on the basis of spectral heterogeneity hypothesis proposed spectral variation of remote sensing data to monitor forest biological diversity , the results show that : the diversity index and soil adjusted vegetation index very good correlation index (SAVI) , vegetation index can be extracted from the remote sensing image , to some extent, reflect the diversity of forest plants . 2 ) using statistical linear regression method to study regional forest vegetation Shannon diversity index as the dependent variable soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI) index , elevation (DEM) as independent variables multiple regression analysis , regression simulation curve analysis : Y = -1.124 6.95 * SAVI-.006 * DEM, the correlation coefficient : 0.554 . 3 ) the rarefaction curve theory based on the establishment of the forest vegetation NDVI data of remote sensing images and ground the diversity data rarefaction curve. Curve intuitive reaction to the local forest vegetation α, β, γ diversity .
