Abstract

The this study mycelial growth rate method effectively suppress Amistar (azoxystrobin of 25%) of the 91 tested strains in Heilongjiang Province in concentration EC 50 2.18μg · mL - 1 7.96μg · mL -1 , sensitive baseline value of 4.64μg · mL -1 , resistance index in 0.4696 2 .4434 between, are susceptible strains, found no resistant strains. Latitude N44 ° 35 ' N 46 ° 36' along the major rice areas in Heilongjiang Province, rice blast fungus of Amistar concentration in 4.0μg · mL -1 higher sensitivity 6 .0 μg · mL -1 . Significantly inhibited in the Amistar concentration 4.64μg · mL-(1 effective inhibition concentration), 60% of the strains tested sporulation inhibition rate of 50% or more; spore germination inhibition rate in from 35.33% 4 3.73%. The Amistar Isoprothiolane tricyclazole the comparison disease prevention experiment results show that the rice blast fungus Isoprothiolane and Amistar sensitive, effective prevention concentration (EC 50 ) 4.69μg · mL -1 , slightly higher than the Isoprothiolane (EC 50 to 3.20μg · mL -1 ), but significantly lower than tricyclazole (EC 50 6.38μg · mL -1 ). The adoption mycelium growth rate method for the determination of the concentration of the azoxystrobin drug inhibition of Heilongjiang Province, 91 tested strains (EC 50 ) for 0.116μg · ml -1 < sup> 0 .797 μg · ml -1 , sensitive baseline 0.4370μg · mL -1 ; bacteria resistance index 0.2664 1 .8240; azoxystrobin concentration 0.44μg · mL -1 , more than 50% of the the tested strains sporulation inhibition rate of spore germination rate in 44.77 % 5 9.15%. The azoxystrobin drug suppression the spore germination average EC 50 value 0.6046μg · mL -1 , higher than the inhibition of mycelial growth of EC <10 tested strains sub> 50 values. Dengqen A binding assay azoxystrobin inhibition of melanin production of the strains tested, the experimental results show that the Azoxystrobin of tested strains producing melanin inhibition, but the effect is less pronounced at higher concentrations (1.2μg · mL -1 ) the next highest inhibition rate was 56.96%, even at a concentration of 1.5μg · mL -1 , the highest inhibition rate was 62.03%. The study results show that 10 tested strains of rice blast fungus, Azoxystrobin sensitivity did not change significantly after four consecutive cultured in high concentrations of azoxystrobin resistance index 0.790 1 . 148, but the the sensitivity slightly different strains. Mutant is not obtained by UV mutagenesis. In high concentration the azoxystrobin medium mutagenesis, only 4 strains mutant strain the the four mutant strain of azoxystrobin EC 50 values ??0.327μg · mL -1 0 .661 μg · mL -1 , are susceptible strains. Mycelial growth rate method salicylhydroxamic acid (100μg · mL -1 ) azoxystrobin synergy effect, Pharmacy 91 M. grisea in Heilongjiang Province, the average EC 50 value 0.334μg · mL -1 , 50 values ??decreased by 23.56% than the single use of azoxystrobin antibacterial EC . But there are some differences between different strains, 91 tested strains, 78.02% of the strains showed a synergistic effect, but only 31.87% of strains performance significantly synergistic (F value ≥ 1.5). Salicylhydroxamic acid on azoxystrobin inhibit pathogen sporulation efficiency is not obvious, in the 10 strains tested, the strains FZYH, HGDH-5 and ZYWD salicylhydroxamic acid synergies performance F values ??were 4.94,2.26 and 1.88. Salicylhydroxamic acid to inhibit bacteria melanin synthesis azoxystrobin obvious synergies except FJCY strains, azoxystrobin other nine strains inhibition rate increased 6.95 3 0.18 percent, 5 strains synergistic F-value greater than 1.5, manifested as a significant synergistic effect. Four consecutive generation of high concentrations of medicament cultured salicylhydroxamic acid added to improve the sensitivity of the pathogen on azoxystrobin, most strains of the F-value greater than 1.0. Mutagenesis four mutant strains compared with the parental F values, salicylhydroxamic acid weakened synergies BYYF-2 and FJJQ-4 mutant strains the BQBE -1 and SHAA the -3 mutant strains synergies of any significant increase.
