Abstract


China is the birthplace of Chinese herbal medicine, but the import and export of Chinese herbal medicine in China due to pesticide residues are often hampered. Throughout the National Chinese Herbal Medicine Import \u0026 Export possible problems from pesticide residues in the import and export of Chinese herbal medicine in Henan Province Henan Province as an example, this paper. The main content of this paper has four parts. The first part describes the development of Henan Province and Chinese herbal medicine trade; pesticide residues of the significance and practical value of the study of Chinese herbal medicine import and export, as well as domestic and foreign research status, and thus analyzed the national and Henan Province on the problem of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicine shortcomings compared with the international. The second part examines the national and Henan status of Chinese herbal medicine import and export trade in the past five years, can be seen in Henan Province is the largest province of planting herbs, but exports a relatively small varieties of Chinese herbal medicine exports relatively single export market range. Forecast Chinese herbal medicine trade in Henan Province. The third part examines the basic characteristics of pesticide residues, and the current situation in the inspection and quarantine, and then to import and export data for analysis of pesticide residues in herbal medicine import and export, as well as from the analysis of these phenomena derived herbal medicine import and export trade possible problems, from the planting to the relevant laws and regulations are made to detect specific analysis. The fourth part of the proposed response to these problems, some recommendations for improvement. In the process of planting, growers need scientific use of pesticides, and continuously improve planting techniques, increase experience; establish regular medicine production base of the production and operation of enterprises based on local geographical conditions, Chinese herbal medicine planting standardized scale, production of medicinal herbs implement standardized management; workers of the inspection and quarantine departments to intensify efforts to perform the inspection and quarantine, to improve the professional competence of the staff of the inspection and quarantine, to strengthen cooperation with universities; relevant departments of the local governments to strengthen pesticide management should encourage the industrialization of Chinese medicine and modern focus on the study of pest-resistant varieties, to develop and improve the laws and regulations, policies, and Chinese herbal medicine trade laws to abide by. From the general description of the development of Chinese herbal medicine trade has played a crucial role in the protection of the life and health of the economic growth of our country and humankind as a whole.
