Abstract


Objective To observe the impact of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on acute arterial baroreflex (ABR) , and to explore its mechanism . Methods Male Spargue-Dawley (SD) rats 53 , cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) method produced in a rat model of sepsis , were randomly divided into 10 groups : ( 1 ) sham-operated ( SO ) NS intravenous group ; ② SO NaHS intravenous injection group ; ③ The the CLP NaHS intravenous injection group ; ④ @ the CLP (PAG) NaHS intravenous injection group ; the ⑤ SO aCSF bilateral solitary beam nucleus (NTS) injection group ; ⑥ SO NaHS bilateral NTS injection group ; ⑦ SO placebo - NaHS group ; ⑧ SO grid columns benzene the urea (Gli, KATP blocker ) NaHS group ; ⑨ CLP placebo ; ⑩ the CLP Gli group . ABR function of the different groups of rats were measured at three time points (pre-dose , 5 min after administration and for 30 min ) , respectively . 37 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups : normal group , SO group , CLP group , CLP ( PAG) group , the determination of plasma cortisol levels . Results the CLP NaHS intravenous rats administered before the ABR function was significantly lower than the SO NaHS intravenous rats ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Compared with before administration , SO NaHS intravenous group , CLP NaHS intravenous group , CLP (PAG) NaHS 5 min and 30 min after the intravenous injection of rats intravenous H2S donor NaHS ABR function in rats were significantly decreased (P lt ; 0.05; P lt; 0.01). SO aCSF bilateral NTS injection group , SO NaHS bilateral NTS injection rats after administration of 5 min and 30 min ABR function were significantly decreased ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Comparison with the SO placebo (DMSO) NaHS group SO Gli the NaHS group of rats administered 5 min and 30 min ABR values ??improved significantly ( P lt; 0.05 ) . At the same time , compared with CLP placebo (DMSO) and the CLP Gli group administered 5 min and 30 min ABR function has also been significantly improved ( P lt; 0.05 ) . The the CLP rat serum cortisol were significantly higher than in normal rats and SO rats , CLP (PAG) rats (P lt; 0.05;. P lt; 0.01). Endogenous H2S conclusion sepsis increased production on ABR function reduced , the effect can be . Related KATP channels open , and prompted the sepsis state H2S not only by the peripheral receptors play a role , and possibly by acting on NTS impact ABR function ; H2S sepsis ABR function of affect cortisol levels .
