Abstract

[Objective] established animal model of Beagle dogs to learn more about peri-implantitis subgingival microflora composition, comparative analysis of both immediate and delayed planting planting planting two different ways of bone resorption and subgingival microflora changes. [Method] pure line selection of four healthy Beagle dogs as experimental animals, removal of mandibular fourth premolars were two ways to immediate and delayed implants in extraction sites, the establishment of animal models of implants in Beagle dogs, Then use self-control method for all the right implant for the induction of inflammation around the implant, the establishment of Beagle dogs animal models of inflammation around the implant, implant modeling process for clinical indicators were detected and analyzed, and then were normal and inflammation of the peri-implant subgingival bacteria anaerobic culture, CFU (Colony-forming unit) the method of counting the subgingival microbiota composition analysis, for the analysis of flora constitute a significant change of bacteria, the use of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction ) techniques for bacterial identification. [Results] animal model was successfully established during the experiment found that: 1, two different ways of implants are implanted to form an effective osseointegration. 2, after the induction of inflammation around the implant, implant soft tissue inflammation and bone absorption apparent. 3, two kinds of cropping patterns and various clinical indicators of bone resorption degree no significant difference. 4, peri-implant inflammation occurs, G-anaerobic bacteria, G-anaerobic bacteria increased black, G facultative anaerobic streptococci, G facultative anaerobic bacteria decreased (P ≤ 0.05), while facultative anaerobic Staphylococcus aureus, actinomycetes, G-anaerobic cocci, G anaerobic bacteria basically unchanged (P ≥ 0.05). 5, two kinds of planting subgingival microflora implants constitute no significant difference. [Conclusion] The choice of different planting implant weeks of various clinical detection index and the composition of the subgingival microbiota no significant impact is not yet conclusive immediate and delayed planting which means better clinical planting choices need to combine clinical circumstances, strict control indications. Health and inflammation of peri-implant microbiota composition differences prompted some oral streptococci and G facultative anaerobic bacteria are healthy peri-implant subgingival bacterial colonization of the major and some black G-anaerobic bacteria, G-tired Oxygen bacilli may be peri-implant subgingival microbial pathogens in the environment. Healthy peri-implant subgingival flora, many types of bacteria, each of bacterial flora in the proportion of the whole is relatively balanced. Inflammation around the implant, reducing bacterial species, a single species, and there are several significant increase in the proportion of bacteria. Subgingival microflora is a whole system, each colony has its own special features, interdependence exists between the various colonies or competing relationship. If we can clear the interaction between various bacteria, human intervention, the use of beneficial bacteria in subgingival to fight harmful bacteria, can be completed from the inflammatory state subgingival microflora reverse transformation to health status, opening the treatment of peri-implantitis new ways.
