Abstract


Human in order to meet the needs of social and economic development of various urban fringe land continue to be adjusted, configuration, prompted the city to extend the built-up area. The spatial variation of the analysis of urban built-up area, and extended the trend of urban planning has important reference value. Around Hangzhou Bay in Zhejiang Province as the study area, by 3S technology to carry around Hangzhou Bay 19 cities above the county level extension study of the built-up area. Phase in 2006 and 2008, when the multi-level spatial resolution the CBERS satellite remote sensing data, extended macroeconomic monitoring urban built-up area of ??the study area, the research area of ??urban expansion in the monitoring period changes, combined with the economic factors to carry out the analysis of the driving force of urban expansion, and to explore the urban expansion of the study area in the monitoring period variation. The study achieved the following results: 1) completed a total area of ??around Hangzhou Bay 19 cities above the county level from 2006 1320.35 square kilometers extension to 2008 of 1,458.53 square kilometers, expanded two years of 138.18 square kilometers, the city presents rapidly expanding trend. 2) in 19 cities above the county level, the pace of expansion of Hangzhou, Huzhou, Changxing County, Deqing County than other counties, is extended to the fastest growing cities in Shengzhou, Zhoushan City in the monitoring period almost no extension. 3) expansion of built-up areas by monitoring the area driving force, expansion of urban built-up area of ??around Hangzhou Bay population, gross domestic product (GDP), the primary industry, secondary industry output value, the output value of the tertiary industry, local fiscal revenue and local fiscal spending has a close positive correlation, the correlation coefficient basically reached more than 0.8, while the different annual growth rate of annual expansion rate and economic indicators of the built-up area of ??the city inconsistent relationship, the driving role of economic factors on the built-up area extends in different cities different performance. In 19 cities above the county level, the built-up area expansion in Huzhou Deqing County significant annual expansion rate of 41.99% and 44.69%, significantly higher than the annual growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP) of the region as well as the secondary and tertiary industries annual growth rate of annual growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP) as well as secondary and tertiary industries, the annual growth rate is lower than in other cities. However, from the analysis of the built-up area consumption per unit of GDP growth view, Huzhou, Deqing County, Changxing County built during the monitoring area rapidly expanding land use intensive degree is lower than Jiaxing, Ningbo, with each urban terrain, guided by the government and other factors. 4) RS-GIS-PAD verify data accuracy evaluation of integrated access point accuracy and precision of area of ??the monitoring results of the monitoring area for accuracy evaluation. According to the survey programs, to select the 180 sample points, and 54 of FIG plaques were evaluated, respectively, the overall of the survey area, as well as various investigations point and area precision, also evaluated the different area hierarchical graph plaque area precision, and evaluation results are more ideal to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring results.
