Abstract

Objective: To evaluate cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia variable (CIN), cervical squamous cell carcinoma Skp2 and Ki67 expression and clinical significance. Methods: the immunohistochemistry EliVision method detected 60 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 30 cases Palace sub neck skin neoplasia (CIN) and 30 cases of cervical normal squamous tissue Skp2 and Ki67 expression analysis of cervical Skp2 and Ki67 protein expression changes during the formation of squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinical and pathological features. Results: Skp2 and Ki67 expression in normal cervix, CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue were 13.3,66.7%, 71.7% and 16.7%, 56.7%, 83.3%, of Skp2 expression CIN Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of CIN Ⅰ normal cervical tissue invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05); difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0. 05); CIN Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in CIN I and normal cervical tissue CIN Ⅱ (P lt; 0105); in CIN Ⅲ (P lt; 0105) both in the CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than normal cervical tissue and CIN Ⅰ (P lt; 0. 01); Skp2 protein expression rate increased with the decrease of the degree of tumor differentiation, moderately differentiated carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma group difference was statistically significance (P lt; 0, 01). Cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Skp2 protein expression rate and other clinical parameters had no significant relationship (P gt; 0. 05) Ki67-positive expression in invasive cervical cancer tissue was significantly higher than CIN Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade and chronic cervicitis tissues (P lt; 0. 05); Ki67 positive expression rate in all levels of CIN was significantly higher than that in chronic cervicitis tissues (P lt; 05); of Ki67 expression rate of clinical stage and pathological grade related (P lt; 0.05) from the normal cervix organization CIN to cervical squamous cell carcinoma, Ki67 expression was enhanced gradually, the difference was statistically significant. Ki67 expression with age, tumor size had no significant relationship. The Ki67 expression difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0 05) Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ a, Ⅱ b ~ Ⅳ cervical squamous cell carcinoma. In cervical squamous cell carcinoma, Skp2 and Ki67 are positively correlated Department (P lt; 0 .05). Conclusion: kp2 and Ki67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the development process plays an important role. Skp2 and Ki67 expression was positively correlated with the same cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Skp2 and Ki67 joint detection can be used as early diagnosis of CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma markers can improve the rate of early diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
