Objective Through the analysis of systemic lupus- erythematosus pregnancy with the pregnancy outcome, and discussed some of the factors related to pregnancy outcome, and then puts forward some measures related to.Methods First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from 2002-2010, 38 cases of pregnancy combined treatment with systemic lupus erythematosus patients and in 178 cases over the same period in patients with normal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Pregnant women on pregnancy in patients with SLE compared SLE disease, and pregnant women with SLE group and normal pregnancy outcome of maternal, fetal, neonatal, mode of delivery were compared. Statistical method is the use of SPSS17.0 system test chi-square test and Fisher.Results 38 pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus, 14 cases of non-selective pregnancy, disease progression 9 cases, 24 cases of selective pregnancy group, 7 cases of exacerbation. SLE patients with premature rupture of membranes during pregnancy, premature delivery, IUGR was higher than in normal pregnancy, cesarean section rate was significantly higher than the normal pregnancy group. SLE patients with 38 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension during pregnancy had occurred in 7 cases, 1 case occurred in the postpartum eclampsia 11 days, 3 patients had pulmonary hypertension.Conclusion the pregnancy and SLE influence each other, to get better the pregnancy outcome, should choose proper time to pregnancy, good control disease, proper timing and appropriate ways childbirth termination of gestation
