In recent years , the world has suffered a serious shortage of resources and environmental pollution , the greenhouse effect , desertification, endangered species and other issues become increasingly prominent , unprecedented attention to the world to reduce greenhouse gas emissions , green building is increasingly becoming the focus of attention . In China, the construction industry has the characteristics of high pollution, high energy , direct damage to the environment , which is contrary to the idea of sustainable development . With the promotion of the concept of energy saving and environmental protection , and enjoys popular support , is the only way to promote the development of green building . Green building is a manifestation of sustainable development is the inevitable choice of building a low-carbon society , the ultimate direction of development of the construction industry . At present, the domestic and international efforts to green building in gradually increase , but vague understanding of the incremental cost and lack of consideration of the incremental benefits from full life-cycle perspective , the incremental costs and incremental benefits of green building almost - piece blank . The article from the point of view of the whole life cycle in order to make an accurate and comprehensive assessment of green building , and to speed up the process of the development of green building , combined with the green building rating standards , land, energy-saving , water-saving , materials , indoor operate six aspects of the incremental costs and incremental benefits of green building research as follows : First, the basic concept of green building , the incremental cost , incremental benefit details , including the theory of green building , the whole life cycle theory , fuzzy recognition with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , the level of analysis , including basic theory . Secondly, the analysis of the composition of the incremental costs and incremental benefits of the green building , the introduction of the medicine, environmental science, economics research , quantify and processing part is difficult to quantify the environmental and social benefits , the indicators calculated . Again to build a green building lifecycle incremental costs and incremental effectiveness model , in-depth analysis of the economic parameters of the model , consider the impact of time on the various parameters of the model , and model validation by three-star green building instance feasibility. Finally, using VB language developed green building lifecycle incremental costs and incremental effectiveness evaluation system , the framework of the system and interface , which makes the evaluation easier and faster .
