Abstract


Background and Objective: Postoperative pancreatic gastroparesis syndrome is one of the most troublesome complications , it is not only their extended hospital stay, increases the patient's mental and economic burden , and increased incidence of other complications and mortality . This study aims to analyze hospital pancreas gastric paralysis syndrome happens , possible risk factors , treatment and prevention principles . Methods: from January 2006 to December 2010 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University of pancreatic surgery and general surgery with complete data malignant and benign pancreatic disease 204 cases ( occurring \postoperative gastroparesis syndrome may affect the incidence of non-repeating characteristic clinical univariate analysis , retrospective study its effect on the incidence of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome impact . Results: The patients were aged 60 or older (P = 0.034 lt; 0.05), preoperative outflow tract obstruction (P = 0.018 lt; 0.05), a large extent of surgery (P = 0.040 lt; 0.05), operative time length (P = 0.008 lt; 0.05), postoperative abdominal complications (P = 0.008 lt; 0.05) of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome (PGS) higher incidence ; poor preoperative nutritional status on the incidence of PGS not statistically significant (P = 0.143 gt; 0.05); PPPD and Child PGS surgery incidence was not statistically significant (P = 0.585 gt; 0.05); clinical manifestations , gastrointestinal barium meal and endoscopy in the diagnosis of this disease is the main means ; All patients were treated conservatively seven weeks to return to normal . Conclusion: age, preoperative outflow tract obstruction , extent of surgery , surgery for a long time, postoperative abdominal complications of pancreatic cancer may be late postoperative gastroparesis syndrome risk factors ; PPPD and Child surgery PGS similar to the incidence ; PGS conservative treatments effective method of treatment should avoid reoperation .
