Abstract


【Objective】By detection of T lymphocyte subsets, NK cells, B lymphocytes change in blood of AA patients,and compared with the normal control group, to discuss the relationship between the change mentioned and the incidence of AA.【Methods】Peripheral blood T cell subsets, NK cell and B cells in AA patients and 30 normal controls were detected quantitatively with FCM.【Results】Compared with the normal controls, the number of CD3+CD4+T cell, CD4+/CD8+ratio and CD 19+B cells markedly reduced, while those of CD3+CD8+T cells increased. These were no significant changes in CD3+cell and NK cell (CD16+CD56+cell) Compared with normal controls.【Conclusion】The incidence of aplastic anemia is related with disorder of T lymphocyte subsets. There would be decreasing of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells which could differentiate to CD34+/CD19+lymphocytes in bone marrow of patient with aplastic anemia.
