Abstract


Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common in the elderly, multiple and more difficult to treat chronic osteoarthropathy, especially knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in elderly patients. KOA pathological features for the presence of a primary or secondary degeneration of articular cartilage accompanied by subchondral bone hyperplasia. The major clinical manifestations of knee osteoarthritis knee pain, swelling, and limitation of activity. Its etiology and pathogenesis is not yet fully elucidated, the current Western medicine to treat the disease generally take symptomatic treatment of pain and other feasible arthroplasty in a few cases, the general effect, while the Chinese governance from Bi theory \used in conjunction, can often achieve more satisfactory results. Objective: To use Bushen Huoxue Recipe treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee; through observation before and after treatment of TCM clinical symptoms in patients, and serum interleukin 1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) content changes to determine the efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Recipe explore the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis. Conclusion: TCM symptoms and signs of knee osteoarthritis patients after treatment by the kidney and activating blood side has been significantly improved, which can be drawn from the Kidney Blood incidence of knee osteoarthritis pathogenesis; 2 , hyperplasia of Bushen Huoxue party and anti-bone capsule may be the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and can reduce knee osteoarthritis patients serum of IL-1, TNF-α content, its mechanism of action may affect the cytokine metabolism further proof of IL-1, TNF-α, and the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis is closely related. 3 Bushen Huoxue Recipe ease of knee osteoarthritis patients with swollen joints and reduce the role of serum IL-1 content than rabbits treated.
