Abstract


Financial fraud and crime in China is currently a high hazard -prone crime , serious nuisance to the country's financial management order , against public and private property ownership , and thus lead to social unrest order , seriously undermining the peaceful and harmonious social environment . How to regulate and effectively to the governance and financial fraud crimes to be punished , as刑法理论界and judicial practice sector needs urgent problem. This paper on the difficult fund-raising fraud issues, from criminal law aspects of the theory and judicial practice questions to be explored in order to solve some of the relevant issues parapet benefits .
