Abstract

Happiness is the eternal human desire, but contemporary society happiness of mankind been distorted. In social life, people being equivalent to the satisfaction of material interests, while ignoring their own spiritual needs; in school education, people too much emphasis on standardized education program, while ignoring the students' individual differences and emotional reactions. Noddings famous contemporary concern as ethicists, made the subject of happiness rather incisive interpretation. Noddings built on the ethics of care based on the well-being of the emphasis on social interaction and caring school education as the way to true happiness we seek to bring useful inspiration. Noddings Happiness formation has its specific social reality background. On the classical philosophers of happiness, the happiness of Christian theologians and modern utilitarian theory of happiness, all of Noddings Happiness formation had a significant impact. Noddings happiness of her ethics of care is based on the theory. Care Ethics has four content: caring nature, caring source of care and caring circle of continuity, these elements fit their happiness on the existence of the Department. Noddings from suffering, need, virtue and happiness starting to define the relationship between happiness connotations. She believes that happiness lies away from suffering; happiness is to meet the need; happiness is to have a virtue. Happiness both prescriptive side, there are spiritual side. People mainly from the private spheres of life, public life and career areas of life these three areas for happiness. In the realm of private life, happiness mainly from housekeeping, parenting, home and natural, comfortable quality and interpersonal aspects. Among them, the family constitute the principal residence of happiness; public life is another area where people get happy, these areas include democratic life, community life and school life, etc.; life considerable part of the time is spent in the workplace So happy for people to obtain professional life is also one of the areas. Ways to cultivate happiness, the Noddings that require multi-disciplinary approach, including the ability to develop a comprehensive care, the development of self-understanding, and foster good moral character, and optimizing individual school content. Noddings Happiness Through the analysis can be summed up with four characteristics of its happiness, that happiness connotation openness to experience the way of life, full of happiness and access to sources of procedure begins at home and so on. Noddings Happiness in contemporary China has important implications. Contemporary Chinese people's happiness with perceptual and utilitarian negative tendencies. Youth education, there are also many problems, such as child neglect personal experience of family education, school education curriculum is too stylized. And Noddings Happiness makes us realize: Enhancement of the Virtue is the true happiness; family harmony is obtained primordial being of children; being of children is the real purpose of school education.
