Abstract


Based on the acoustic wave equation simulation can get the spread of sound waves in space in the real effect, plays a basic role in many engineering applications. But because of the huge amount of calculation, is always the difficulty of engineering calculation. Using modern GPU technology to acceleration of wave equation solving, effectively improves the simulation efficiency and is a challenging job in programming. Wave equation solver on GPU to accelerate the difficulty is how to maximize the parallelism of algorithm and overcome the GPU hardware architecture. Based on a variety of wave equation solution method and acoustic simulation matched layer technique, on the basis of in-depth study, implements a full wave acoustic simulation based on GPU pipeline and against Geforce GTX285 structure optimization in detail, the simulation of room acoustics time from weeks to cut a hour. This paper will solve the pipeline migrated to many GPU platform, solve the data communication between the GPU and GPU load scheduling problems, achieve better scalability, limited by memory improves the solution space scale, the acoustics for larger scenario simulation, made possible by the. This paper also puts forward a kind of acoustic simulation was applied to 3 d game engine integration solutions.
