Abstract


Mozi is an important ideological classic in pre-Qin Dynasty period and is the wisdom crystal of the Mo Class. Although it’s a crucial representative of the pre-Qin dynasty proses, its literature value has always been neglected. This is due to Mozi’s concept of "literary after quality". The language of Mozi is plain and concise, but at the same time it’s full of tight and logical. Not only in terms of the multi-form debating style and the wonderful debating ways, but also in respect of the dense debating structure, it overcomes the former proses. The series feature makes Mozi has the nature of the unique literature style. Mozi as the indispensable part of pre-Qin dynasty literature history makes the simple record into meaningful debating, achieves the transition from quotation to discourse. This paper will study the unique literature style of Mozi and its role in the pre-Qin dynasty proses.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the literature styles of Mozi and classifies its style. Then by analyzing the rhetoric of Mozi, this chapter further explains its language feature which is apparently simple but actually though-provoking.The second chapter analyzes the figure images of Mozi and its way of portraying figures. At the same time, this chapter analyzes the special meaning that the special figure represents.By analyzing the multi-form debating style, the wonderful debating ways, and the dense debating structure, the third chapter elucidates the unique portrait of debating in Mozi.From the view of the entire Chinese literature history, the fourth chapter analyzes the advanced ideas reflected in Mozi and its influence on the subsequent literature.
