Abstract

Evolved in 2008 by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, the global financial crisis has caused severe losses to countries, financial regulatory reform after the outbreak of the crisis became a national consensus. The reform commence simultaneously in two ranges, one national reform of the domestic financial regulation, a system of international cooperation of the existing financial regulatory reform, as the outcome of the regulatory reform of international cooperation - the Financial Stability Board on the basis of the Financial Stability Forum established. Arrangements as a system of financial system reform of the G20 leaders, the Financial Stability Council will certainly have a significant impact on international cooperation on financial supervision in the future for a long period of time. Point of view, from the nature of the Financial Stability Board is different from the general inter-governmental international organizations, and also with a different non-governmental organizations, and it belongs to a new form of international organizations - inter-governmental organization network. In the current situation, the main carrier of the post-crisis financial regulation of international cooperation as well as cooperation in inter-governmental financial regulatory organization network research has important significance. This paper studies the Financial Stability Council and other inter-governmental financial regulatory organization network, influence the development of international cooperation in financial supervision. The first part is to set forth the concept of inter-governmental network of financial regulatory organizations.
