Abstract


Development of logistics as a new growth point of economic development zone city, close relations with the regional land resources, under the background of the current urban land resources nervous, explore the regional logistics land problems, reasonable use of land, can promote the coordinated development between regional logistics demand and supply and environment, guarantee logistics bring economic sustainable development, realize the sustainable development of regional logistics strategy. This study aimed at longgang district of shenzhen city logistics planning as an object, for the regional freight as a sum of the through put, and logistics land use scale and the through put large correlation exist under the premise of related economic indicators as explained variable selection area, analysis the intrinsic relationships between regional logistics demand and regional economy development, based on multivariate linear regression model, forecast regional logistics demand; Through the analysis of supply and demand equilibrium theory, the introduction of relevant parameters and establish equation of prediction are in a balance between supply and demand of logistics land actual demand, to quantify the land for logistics data, through the area has actual regional logistics land use situation, that can be used to predict the results for validation. Research contents and methods of this article, will promote the sustainable development of regional economy for regional city logistics land use problems to provide reference.
