Abstract


Widespread \With the apparent inefficient , inequitable distribution of land revenue , poor living conditions , the negative effects of \Dual urban-rural land system is the root of the development of \Proposed scope of this study on the basis of summing up at home and abroad on the \the shackles is this view of collective land ownership . Thesis by a review of the history of China 's collective land ownership system , analyze the institutional difficulties that collective land ownership system must be reformed . Then its reform ideas to be introduced assessment, thus determined from the empirical point of view and the angle of Legal Analysis nationalization program is the inevitable choice of China's future reform of collective land ownership .
