Abstract


With the "Fujian Nanping medical trouble"Event,"Medical trouble"problems appear in front of the world. For this "trouble"as its theme the way to resolve medical disputes, so that people have different views on it, people have thought."Medical Alarm" appears for some unemployed people to find employment, but in the interests of the profession, driven by a lot of harm to society, so that doctors have a headache brought serious harm to the nonnal medical disputes Solution, but also endanger the personal rights of medical workers.Based on the "Medical Alarm", this thesis reveals the reasons for its occurrence and the harm, finds the new resolution mechanism to adapting to social development as well.Remove the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into four parts:PartⅠ:Introduction case. This part of the main cause of action, the merits, the case focus of controversy are introduced;PartⅡ:Based on the case itself, from the existing mechanisms for resolving medical disputes, verbal communication between doctors and patients, lack of trust between doctors and patients, medical institutions and other aspects of the mechanism of "medical trouble," the causes of Combined with real life, of "medical trouble"occurred has brought harm to society by analyzing its social harm, to establish the article on how to address "medical trouble, " the issue of contention;PartⅢ:undertake earlier, from a legal point of view and medical analysis of existing institutional mechanisms to resolve both the "medical trouble, " the shortage problem, noting that "medical alarm" events caused by medical workers rights violations;PartⅣ:proposed the idea of third-party dispute resolution mechanism for the internal management of hospital care service quality system for the establishment of such proposals, combined with the solution inside and outside the "medical alarm"problem; Finally, medical workers in the "medical trouble," suffered in the Damage to present their views, hoping through the efforts of all parties to guarantee the basic rights of the profession.
