Abstract


The construction of service government is the desirability of globalized economic competition; It is the inherent requirement for the development of the socialist market economy, as well as the hopes and interests of the popular masses; It is the most effective way of controlling corruption; It also makes a meaningful exploration on promoting democracy and politics and administrating according to law. Furthermore, the construction of administrative approval service institution is an effective vehicle for deepening administrative restructuring, and it is also an inevitable choice of constructing the harmonious society. Therefore, building a centralized, unified administrative approval service institution in Shanxi exerts a profound impact on its political and economic development. It is vital to the reform of the administrative management system and the construction of the government of public service in Shanxi.Strengthen administration approval service institution promotes Shanxi’s social development in an all-round way, which aims to enhance the reform of asministrative system and administrative examination and approval system. For this reason, the author studies the current state and development of Shanxi’s administration approval service institution as a whole. First, this thesis analyzes the background of the establishment of administrative approval service institution, and then summarizes the presented denominator. Meanwhile, it forecasts the future trend of the administration approval service institution. Besides, the thesis makes a special effort to expound some problems in the course of building the administration approval service institution in Lvliang city, and then put forward some proposals to accelerate the constuction of administration approval institution in the future.
