Abstract


At present China's civil society is a government-led civil society , and is not completely the formation of a public authority , the social market economy system of checks and balances . The appearance of Chinese civil society in the formation of such a balanced social system provide a way . China 's development needs of civil society such technology via the Internet , the network of civil society is the Chinese civil society in the Internet development patterns . Network of civil society by citizens through IT networks in cyberspace as a virtual civil society , civil society has a corresponding temperament and content , expanding the scope of civil society . Imperfect China combined with the network of civil society has more features , which is why China's network of civil society will cause people to pay attention causes. For the current academic research network of civil society only from communication studies , political science and other disciplines of the angle . This will be based on Marxist philosophy, the meaning of civil society on the network depth analysis , the expansion of the scope of the study of civil society theory , the study of civil society extends to the online world . In this paper, the combination of history and logic , analysis and inductive methods such as combining , analyzing the nature of the network of civil society and found that the socialist market economy and the development of socialist democratic politics value .
