Abstract


Social justice has always been people’s relentless pursuit of the nice social ideal. However, the realization of social justice is a specific and historical process, and only in the communist society, the real sense of social justice can be achieved.Since the reform and opening-up, Chinese economy has made rapid development, and people’s living standard has also been greatly improved, but the social development and economic development are not synchronized, there appeared a series of social justice, it has hindered the sound and rapid development of socialist economy and affected the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Because our country is still at the primary stage of socialism, the establishment of market economy in China means that the logic of capital exist inevitably, and the logic of capital is just the root of polarization in income distribution and social injustice. But at the same time, we are a socialist country, having a pursuit of higher value targets, the socialist ideology stresses and requires the achievement of social justice. Therefore, it’s very necessary to research and discuss the social justice problem of the primary stage of socialism.Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper combs the related theories of social justice, then analyzes the current situation and causes of social injustice at the primary stage of socialism, and at last, makes a pathways thinking of how to achieve social justice.The article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter mainly summarizes the social justice thoughts of modern thinkers, Marx and Engels and the several generations of leaders of Chinese Communist Party, then analyzes the connotation of social justice and the basic rules that should be followed by social justice.The second chapter is about theoretical analysis of the social justice at the primary stage of socialism, it mainly includes:the proposing process of the primary stage of socialism, the essential characteristics of the primary stage of socialism, the inevitable existence and harm to social justice of the logic of capital at the primary stage of socialism, the basic content of social justice at the primary stage of socialism, and the relationship between the building of a harmonious socialist society and the social justice.The third chapter mainly summarizes the current situation of social injustice, and puts forward the main reasons for generating these social injustices. China’s current situation of social injustice are:a growing gap between the rich and poor, irrational social class structure, serious corruption, serious environmental problems, injustice in education and judicature and so on. The "limitations" owned by market economy itself, the problems inevitable in the process of economic reform, the imperfection of the systems and the economic development view of "give priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness", are all the main causes of social injustice at present stage.The fourth chapter is the pathways thinking of the achievement of social justice at primary stage of socialism. To achieve social justice of the primary stage of socialism, the paper argues that we need do efforts from the following aspects:Firstly, develop the productive forces vigorously, secondly, improve and perfect the social justice system, thirdly, put forth efforts to solve livelihood issues, fourthly, strengthen ideological and moral education and public opinion guide of the citizens, fifthly, optimize the social class structure, do efforts to expand the ranks of middle-income class.
