Abstract


Through the use of questionnaires for the 2010 Super, in a league on the list of 118 law enforcement referees and assistant referees of research and interviews with experts in the relevant practitioners,aware of Football League Referees problems, and Put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The results showed:First,teams of professional football league referee aging in serious condition, referees lack of fresh blood;referee uneven geographical distribution, uneven development, Beijing and other provinces membership referee referee was superfluous;Secondly, the treatment of low levels of Referees, training cycle is long, its lack of scientific training in the usual guidance, unable to complete high-quality training, the training effect is not good, in addition, the Chinese Football Association for its quality of training is not high; Chinese football Judges low social status, professional environment is poor law enforcement environment is poor, low-trust law; less of a high standard of referees, world-class referees in the AFC and FIFA’s position is relatively low, access to law enforcement important game Fewer opportunities.Faced with these problems, first of all, we should pay attention to football referees in this area. Scientific system of judges through the establishment of training system; hiring and training high-level team of referee instructor; to strengthen international cooperation, to develop an international vision of coaches; gradually improve access to vocational training system and the referee system to train more The high level of referees to improve the treatment of referees, so that our referees training systematic,standardized and sustainable technology. Secondly, we should learn from the FA and other football countries "respect"the concept of promotion,while strengthening the increased competition authorities do not respect the referees for punishment, discipline,industry consolidation,regulate the industry practitioners, to improve the referees Law enforcement environment.Finally, we need to "repair within the standards of the plastic image, strengthen diplomacy,form the traditional"the guiding ideology, efforts to improve our world-class referee’s international influence,let the Chinese referee appeared at each session of the future World Cup arena.
