Abstract


With the rapid development of society, of Lifelong Education has been established and spread around the globe. Requirements of teachers in school knowledge and skills already can not meet the professional development of teachers, teachers' continuing education is particularly urgent. Martial Arts as part of the fine traditional Chinese culture, which in Talent Training bear the important responsibility of the heritage of the national spirit, carry forward the outstanding culture. Martial arts teachers only job continuing education, improve their professional skills in order to do a good job of martial arts and education. Paper, literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical induction methods, teaching theory, pedagogy, psychology, management theory for the study, 40 of the 15 colleges and universities in Shanghai martial arts teacher, their continued education of the investigation and analysis, in order to find the age structure of the young teachers; degree of the Master, the Master of the majority; lecturer and associate professor occupy the vast majority of proportion; martial arts have special technology, the number of teachers grade less than normal; policy for continuing education is not high; generally recognized the importance to promote the martial arts culture and national spirit; continuing professional education to participate in martial arts main purpose is to improve the teaching and research capacities, to update professional knowledge, to improve Martial Arts Technology referee and coaching level; most colleges and universities continue system is not perfect; fee assistance is not enough; participate in degree and non-degree continuing education, which is largely a modern educational theory and methods, sports science research methods, martial arts basic theory, basic to meet the needs of teachers and expectations; but still want to continue the development of diversified form of education to overcome the heavy task of teaching and Engineering contradiction with the times. To propose a solution to this end: the concept of change: improve the status of continuing education; institution building: perfect martial arts teachers continuing education management system; hierarchical division: According to the classification of skills, job level of continuing education; contents of the reform: to change ideas, to broaden the content resources ; broaden: Continuing Education offers a variety of ways and channel selection; resource integration: build Shanghai Martial Arts Teachers' Continuing Education Joint training institutions; teacher enhancement: to improve the professional level of martial arts teachers; time to ensure that: actively cooperate with the adjustment to ensure that further education .
