Abstract

As an integral part of the government, enterprises and institutions’sports activities, the daily workout has a profound influence on the Chinese enterprises sports history and plays a positive role. In 21 st century, a new enterprise reform begins on the base of implementation of national sports standards. With the development of society and the demand of discipline, it is necessary for the enterprises daily workout to reform. Under the new situation, the knowledge of the status and impact of enterprise daily workout is the historic mission of inheriting and developing the sports culture. The rebuilding of the enterprise’s content system of daily workout is an active exploration to promote sports enterprises to reform continuously and deeply.This research uses the methods of literature material, field investigation, interview, questionnaire and statistics to systematically analyze and study the history of Xi’an city government and Medium enterprise unit daily workout as well as the development and related basic theory of daily workout. Based on the basic situation of investigation and analysis on the development status and reasons of Xi’an daily workout, it can be concluded as following:1 Exercise during work movement in staff in xian city, the necessity of understanding more specific in investigation of worker think above 77.1% exercise during work beneficial in health, but also a worker to exercise during work knowledge worker people "not clear", both exercise during work formation and development of the change of the time for historical reasons, also hav exercise during work theory research of subjective and objective factors and insufficient.2 Influence factors are exercise during work development of society, the enterprises, worker itself and exercise during work itself, and other factors.
