Abstract


As a modern civilized society and human freedom, a comprehensive response to the reality of the development, but also for modern social and human development in the right direction and scientific guidance, ideological and political education had always been keen to maintain status quo of social responsiveness, and always had do with the times. Secondly, subordinates Normal Students' Teaching at public expense from optimizing management, attention to public funds necessary for growth of normal students faculty, strengthen ties with local administrative departments of education exchanges and cooperation in the perspective of improving the training mode of normal students at public expense. Finally, the establishment of normal students at public expense as the main ideological and political education system, targeted vocational education ideals and beliefs, political beliefs vocational education, vocational education and vocational psychological and moral quality education.
