Abstract


How to plan my life? University how to learn and improve themselves? Me how to learn on their own life career planning things that really help? These similar problems looming in my mind. Students into the University, the same teacher, and after graduating from their respective development is different, some professional, some professional contact, and some has nothing to do with the professional. What factors affect such a difference? With me in the nature of the work of the students, which caught my interest in further reflection and research on career planning management. This paper mainly discusses the of X University students career planning and management levels and a variety of factors influence the extent. In this study, the students of the University of X career at the university level is how to plan management? Affect X University students in career planning and management factors? My research is along this line of thought, traced by trying college students individual perspective of career planning management in general and the actual existence of the planning and management process, so that students comprehensive understanding of themselves, to know themselves, anxious students are worried about the needs of students required, but also for education policy-makers big help. The method of this study is a qualitative research, on the basis of in-depth interviews with eight students of the University of X, mainly from the perspective of university students on career planning and management from the University of the initial the sophomore junior learning process, choice of employment , the four stages of life to achieve self-worth X University students to describe and analyze, analyze students' cases the results of the study show, and made a number of incentives to promote career planning management. On the basis of the analysis of raw data, the study concluded the following three conclusions: the stage of the career planning management, university career planning and management in line with career development stage. University career planning and management will undergo self-exploration stage career stages of cognitive development, career development established stage; University career planning and management of educational, college students in career planning and management of the entire university level is personal and individual teacher or full participation with the process and the organization is one of the educational process with professional and targeted; University career planning and management of the Three-Self, college students individual career planning and management of self-affirmation, self-growth, self-realization means . Finally, the paper summarizes the strategy to promote the students' career planning and management of the University of X
