Abstract


Teachers 'practical knowledge as the core of teachers' personal knowledge structure, as opposed to theoretical knowledge of their argument, is the current focus of teacher education. Scholars from the last century our country since its meaning, characteristics, as well as its development mechanism and other aspects of different levels of research, scholars study on teachers' practical knowledge is also different emphases. Summed according to existing research, I believe that teachers' practical knowledge of the concepts of education, including teachers, teaching knowledge, interpersonal knowledge, and the ability to critically reflect. In this study, the author used the method of Lu narrative research teacher's personal school experience, Lu teacher's classroom stories of information collection, perspective view of Lu's students, teaching concept and discipline concept, simultaneous analysis of Lu teacher's classroom teaching strategies and the teacher-student relationship and found Lu teacher teaching reflection capabilities. In the educational concept, the Lu teachers believe that students need guidance teachers, teachers' use respect and tolerance, sincerity and love the enthusiasm to guide their learning and life;'s views on the new curriculum, Lu teachers think of new things conform objective laws of the development of new materials, goals and objectives of teachers should be consistent - good for students to development efforts; view on the subject, Lu teacher that chemistry is one of the basic disciplines with daily life, based on experiments , the learning process a lot of fun; teaching knowledge, Lu teacher fully respect the subjectivity of students involved, the language of humor, relaxed classroom atmosphere. In its process of teaching the concept of \In teaching reflection capabilities, Lu teachers in their teaching work and strive to achieve timely reflection and active exchange of experience with other teachers, teaching in order to find their own inadequacies, and make corrections in order to continue to improve their teaching skills. Lu teacher's practical knowledge in the process of forming its own teaching experience and the ability to reflect practical knowledge of its formation and development foundation, Lu teacher's father and high school teacher of Wang to develop their personality and beliefs have a great impact on the formation, and Reuben teacher's school physical environment and teachers' culture but also its practical knowledge generation and development of important factors. Lu teacher as a new teacher, although already has a certain amount of practical knowledge, but more efforts need to continue to promote the development of their practical knowledge. Aspects of the teacher's own author Lu made the following recommendations: 1. Adopt appropriate reflection method, before teaching, teaching, teaching after teaching for their behavior, teaching strategies, teaching efficiency make the reflection, and summarize their experience in teaching ; 2 would own teaching experience, personal experiences and everyday life experiences with other teachers to communicate; 3. maximize the use of network resources, rich classroom teaching knowledge, the use of case method teaching learning process various issues of theory and practice combined, and actively carry out analysis and reflection, internalize the theoretical knowledge learned. On the school: 1. Between teachers within the school as well as teachers 'level of communication between the schools, the development of teachers' practical knowledge is an important way. Teachers to carry out extensive exchanges entertainment activities for the exchange between teachers provide better opportunities; conduct professional exchanges, optimization-related evaluation mechanism, enhance the enthusiasm of teachers' participation; support the professional development of teachers, for teachers to build inter-school exchanges platform; 2 tablets in teaching and research units, the establishment of good teachers and mentoring of new teachers, to carry out exploration activities subject, creating short-term training courses to help teachers learn more about teaching theoretical knowledge, teaching philosophy to keep updated, while allowing teachers to become educational practice to explore the subject, will learn the theoretical knowledge into their teaching knowledge, and through reflection on their own teaching experience to promote the development of their practical knowledge.
