Abstract


Moral of school education an important part of the work , but with the development of the times , a lot of high school in the moral management is also a lack of ability to cope with the times , there are some local and incompatible with the reality of the weak links should be strengthened , moral effectiveness is difficult to overcome environmental constraints . This problem is a wholly private boarding junior high school was more obvious , but the academic world for all private boarding junior high moral management degree of attention is not enough , the system's theoretical research is relatively scarce.
