Abstract


Teachers specialization has become an important trend in the international teachers' professional development. China's new round of basic education curriculum on teachers presented new challenges. Chemistry teacher in this context is also faced with new challenges, Chemistry Teachers must be based on the chemistry of professional practice the idea of ??lifelong learning, and establish a new educational philosophy to broaden academic horizons, changing teaching strategies to optimize the cognitive structure, efforts improve the chemistry teacher professional level. Chemistry teacher's cognitive structure is the foundation of professional knowledge stored in the minds of the chemistry teachers as well as the ability to structure. Chemistry teacher cognitive structure optimization is one of the priorities of the chemistry teacher professional development.
