Abstract


At the national advocate the harmonious development of background, education has become affecting social harmony and harmonious development of the important factors. Classroom education as a school teacher-student relationship is the most important relationships throughout the educational process, the relationship is directly related to the handling students' mental health and overall development, related to the effect of teaching the new curriculum goals related to the educational ultimate harmony. Therefore the establishment of a harmonious teacher-student relationship is very important and necessary. This paper analyzes the current high school physics classroom teacher-student relationship and its causes disharmony performance, combined with the new curriculum reform, new curriculum high school physics and related educational theory to explain the high school physics class the basic characteristics of a harmonious teacher-student relationship. In my sophomore students are taught for the study, in order to establish equality and fair view of the students; student-oriented, students in the classroom to establish the dominant position; update teaching methods and ideas to create interactive democratic classroom environment; improve teacher personality; build pluralism, development of specific strategies for the evaluation system approach, trying to build a harmonious high school physics classroom teacher-student relationship. To analyze its effect on classroom teaching, the author chose a targeted physical law school classes, experimental classes, exercise class three different forms of physical education process to teach my sophomore eight classes (regular classes) as the experimental classes to teach in my school teacher sophomore Wu Weizhe 13 classes (regular classes) as a control to compare class practice research, and has achieved initial results. Conclusions Although unhappy place, but also to my school high school physics class to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students provides practical experience for reference. From my nearly six months of educational practice can be seen in the research process: first, resulting in high school physics classroom teacher-student relationship discord by many factors. Physics itself factors, physical examination system changes, teacher stress, teacher own factors, changes in the contemporary high school. I personally think that is caused by physical factors, teachers' classroom high school physics teacher-student relationship discord main reason causing physical learning effect is not high. Thus, for high school physics class to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, mainly from the teachers themselves should angles, namely to establish equality and democracy student concept, health-oriented, students in the classroom to establish the dominant position; strive to improve the overall operational capacity; improve teachers' personality; build pluralism, development of evaluation system. Secondly, from the experimental classes and control classes three phases of the physical examination results, as well as the experimental class four different levels of student achievement tracking analysis and interview process, we should say the vast majority of students studying physics effects on both the original level with varying degrees of increase, indicating a harmonious relationship between teachers teaching physics indeed had a positive impact on results, but also that I have implemented a strategy is certainly conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Finally, the high school physics classroom teacher-student relationship is not an overnight discordant formed, so the new course background to establish a harmonious classroom high school physics teacher-student relationship, and a long and arduous nature of teaching practice in the future need to continue to accumulate experience in order to to obtain satisfactory results.
