Abstract


With the development of information society and the new curriculum reform, deepening of the traditional concept of teacher's authority has been challenged . How to reshape the teacher's authority to teachers play the role of authority in education is undoubtedly the current educational practice and educational theory is an important issue. This paper uses the literature method and survey method to X school as a case under the new Curriculum Teacher Authority conducted a study of remodeling . Paper is divided into the following parts : The first part , Introduction , introduces the relevant background research , topics reason significance of the topic , research status , research ideas and research methods for doing this study theoretical groundwork and made ideas and methods of this study . The second part of the New Curriculum X secondary school teachers authoritative status and errors were investigated and analyzed . Status of teachers 'authority is mainly reflected in the following aspects : Teacher symbolic authority weakened ; teachers' knowledge authority is not obvious ; teachers appeal authority is being undermined. Mistakes teachers' authority in the implementation of the main problems: some teachers vague understanding of their own authority ; Some teachers improper use of their own authority ; Some teachers lack charisma shape . The third part of the X secondary school teachers authoritative status and the reasons for the existence of errors in system analysis . Mainly come from both subjective and objective analysis of subjective reasons include : Some teachers lack a correct understanding of authority ; some teachers are not high impact literacy teachers' authority to establish ; objective reasons include: the authority of the modern concept of teacher student concept brings new challenges ; development of information society in virtually impact on the teacher's authority ; new Curriculum advocates transforming the concept of teachers' authority . The fourth part , combined with the author 's investigation and related theoretical studies teachers in the context of the new curriculum content and features of the authority ; teachers as well as the necessity of authority exist Background of New Curriculum Teachers ought to state the authority of the theoretical discussion . The fifth part , the X secondary school teachers 'authority reshape the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions : To strengthen relevant institutional changes , establishing a social atmosphere of respecting teachers ; school for teachers to create favorable conditions to establish authority ; strengthen teachers' body transformation , built on image of authority minds of students .
