Abstract


Since the 1990s, with the gradual popularization of nine-year compulsory education, balanced development of education has become an important element of the development of modern education in China. In order to promote the balanced development of rural education sustained and healthy, improving the layout of rural schools \began to implement a series of rural school of adjusting the layout work. Promote rural education in rural schools to adjust the layout process, how to achieve a balanced development, to become a major issue facing the school layout adjustment. After several years of practice and efforts to adjust the layout of China's rural schools have achieved remarkable results, through the adjustment of the layout of the school, does solve some of the problems faced by rural school education, making school education resource allocation more through field research found that reasonable, School of scale and quality of education has been significantly improved to promote the balanced development of education in the region, and to a certain extent. However, while these achievements, some places due to improper adjustment of the layout to the development of rural education in China has brought new uneven prominently manifested in drop-out rates and dropout rates increase resulting in students' educational opportunities uneven lead to inter-school, inter-school gap further expansion of uneven development of education, lack of family education caused by the uneven development of education, lack of rural culture and national culture crisis caused by the uneven cultural development and other aspects. The cause of this uneven situation mainly due to the following aspects: the part of the schools in rural areas adjust the layout of the lack of scientific and rational planning and implementation; school education limited resources and the allocation of educational resources imbalance; adjust the layout of the school neglected family education importance; without a correct understanding of the relationship between schools, rural education and rural culture. Accordingly, I propose countermeasures to solve the the uneven development status quo of China's current layout adjustment of rural schools: First, scientific development and implementation of China's rural schools to adjust the layout planning; Second, do a good job in the adjustment of the layout of the school resource management and configuration work; Third, a correct understanding and careful adjustment of rural village-run schools and teaching points, strengthen the construction of school point; Fourth, the establishment of a the education compensation mechanism, reduce the burden of farmer education; Fifth, pay attention to and strengthen the education of rural households: , vigorously develop the rural culture and national culture and education.
