Abstract


In today’s knowledge economy era, the rapid spread of the Internet, the rapid development of information technology, the vigorous development of information industry to public access to information created unprecedented quick and convenient conditions. Library as traditional knowledge service agencies, has more and more incline to at marginalized, library people for your career belief also more and more fragile. In this situation, the library to get rid of this situation, and reshape the library of the confidence, we must construct the core value of library system, which is looking for long term sustainable development of library the fundamental strategy. The library core value of library plays a guiding role in library professional, and clearly what you should do, what is the necessary foundation for all the library work.Since the 1980s, foreign scholars began to library core value system of the library, the mainstream values international has been "freedom of information", "fair and universal access" and "universal and equal service", etc. Our country on the core value of library began in 2007, hot on the core value of library research and discussion mainly pauses in the core value of the significance, importance theory level, and has not form a unified view of library core value system, the theoretical basis, influence factors, the component elements of research needs to be further perfected,In this paper, first launched in logical order of library core value system and knowledge transfer related theory, a systematic study of the domestic and overseas scholars and based on the Angle of knowledge transfer paper from the construction of library’s core value system. Building a library knowledge transfer model, analyzing the knowledge transfer and the connection between the library and the other functions of library knowledge transfer and the other knowledge activities relations, so as to sure knowledge transfer in the important role of library knowledge activities; Secondly, based on the analysis of library value system of knowledge transfer in the building process, the influence factors of influencing factors, according to different effects, classified as dynamic factors and environmental factors, to support the factors; Then, based on the analysis of the core value of library knowledge transfer of each value elements of the system of different position and function obtains the value, contact the actual construction method, to construct the elements based on knowledge transfer of library core value system model. The case analysis, Engineering library in jilin university library work as an example the reasonable value system structure. This article will "knowledge transfer" and "library core value system" these two research propositions is connected, from the Angle of knowledge transfer analysis and construction of library core value system, and looking forward to give library core value system research brings new idea.
