Abstract


At present the evaluation team academic innovation is still in its early stages , only the lack of relevant empirical research, but also the lack of a universal significance evaluation index system for guidance , therefore , in order to enhance domestic intelligence Academic innovation, team- cut paper point , the team evaluated the introduction of innovative academic field of information science , information science team of academic work on innovative research , its theoretical and practical significance is obvious. This innovation based on the existing domestic and international team evaluation and assessment of academic innovation research , information science team effectively defined the relevant academic innovation connotation to four theories for the support, in-depth analysis of the domestic intelligence science team of academic innovation factors , according to the index system design principles , combined with the characteristics of information science team , build innovative information science team academic evaluation system , the four -level indicators , 10 secondary indicators , 30 three indicators form . This paper focuses on research themes designing the questionnaire , the indicators analyzed by the experts , additions and screening to determine information science team academic innovation evaluation index system, according to experts on the index weights scoring, AHP principles and yaahp0.5.2 software ( Analytic Hierarchy France dedicated software ) set the weight of each indicator . Finally, Nanjing University of Information Science team Case empirical analysis of each team through a comparison of academic innovation through empirical analysis, on the one hand validate this innovative evaluation system of academic theory and methods feasible in practical applications and effectiveness ; reveal information science team on the other hand there are problems, then for academic intelligence to enhance innovation and sustainable development of scientific and rational quantitative basis .
