Abstract


Local literature deep accumulation of local culture, and the important role of the \The contents of the local literature to reflect more fully over the local economy and culture, the local literature is an important historical and cultural carrier, we create a new culture to accelerate economic development, promote social and cultural progress of indispensable information resources, local literature on the local economy play a certain role in promoting cultural development. Therefore, good local literature collection, collation, and further research and development of local literature in the local economy and culture, help to understand the local history and current situation, to contribute to inherit and carry forward the culture of local specialties, accelerate and promote local economic the development of cultural undertakings and local literature resources construction. Build local literature information resources for the region's economic and cultural construction system, has an extremely important role in promoting the development of the local economy, and cultural undertakings, to best meet the needs of social development. The thesis is divided into six sections discussed the construction of local literature resources. The first chapter describes the research background of the paper, the development status of the the domestic public library of local literature, and proposed the framework of this thesis research content and research innovations, one final research significance and research methods. The second chapter of the concept of local literature, types, characteristics, and the importance of theoretical issues and explore. Chapter by analysis of local literature collection, development and utilization, as well as digitized owned building to elaborate at this stage local literature resources construction mode. The fourth chapter of the TEDA Library Binhai New Area, the construction of the system of local literature, take advantage of the situation and the role of elaborate analysis of the existing deficiencies in the Binhai New Area local literature TEDA Library system, and proposed some ideas for future work. Chapter bottlenecks and deficiencies encountered in the construction of local literature summarized, find solutions to local literature, science finishing as a fulcrum for the region, to illustrate how to build a security system, collection system, service system economic and cultural development needs of local literature information resources system. Chapter VI study concludes the paper, and lays out graphically for the region's economic and cultural development needs of local literature information resources system.
