Abstract


Recently, our society has driven into a high risk status with the flow of economic and information globalization. Public crisies occure overthere. As a representative of new media, the internet and moblie have not only changed information spreading, but also affected the development of society. In the new media environment, social risk communication has changed. And it’s challenging for government to promote the ability of risk management. The new media’s real-time accelerate the speed of crisis. The gatekeeper paly a weakening role, as a result, social risk happen frenquently. The realization of public self agenda setting make the government’s public opinion guiding dissipate…Social risk spread more extensively and influence more far-reaching under the new media environment.In the face of the new media, the government, as the main role in the risk management, should keep pace with the times to improve the ability of using new media, in order to make full ues of the advantages of new media. During dealing with social risk, relying on a mature e-government platform, they can positively colletion network opinion, timely response to public opinion. It’s helpful to eliminate the risk in its infancy. Meanwhile, ensure that the public information is transparent, so as to respect people’s right to know. What’s more, the government should guide public opinion to the right direction with scientific and effective way. However, the risk management is a complex project. It’s not achieved overnight. With the network governance, Social risk get controlled fundamentally.
