Abstract


Micro- blog is a technique that allows the user a variety of ways through SMS , websites , instant messaging software and external API interface updates , short personal text and public offering mini- blog , with real-time production , publishing , the reproduced and feedback information dissemination characteristics, is the product of the emerging Web 2.0 era . 2009 is the development of China 's micro- blog . With the appear after such Yihuang event \the blog has gradually become the network of public opinion aggregation platform network public opinion aggregation , as well as in the public domain , and also likely to become channels rumors spread rapidly . It can explode at any time online public opinion , has posed a serious challenge to the government to prevent and disposal network events . Therefore, how to deal with the application of micro- blog of public opinion , this government needs to face a new and very practical significance .
