Abstract


Mobile video surveillance is a professional-grade monitoring products, mobile communications and the traditional security industry is closely integrated with its advantages of convenient, flexible and independent of time, place restrictions favored by the majority of users . By moving the monitoring system , the user can obtain real-time remote monitoring information . With the continuous development of 3G mobile networks , 3G wireless transmission scheme will gradually become the main application program monitoring the transmission network , mobile video surveillance will be an important direction for future monitoring of market development . The subject from the mobile video surveillance system status and monitoring of market demand , the comprehensive utilization of mobile communication technology , multimedia technology , network communication technology, for Symbian C programming techniques , design and development of mobile video surveillance system based on C / S structure . The main work is as follows: the server using the Atom processor architecture the embedded DVR digital video surveillance system design , to avoid the current limited processing performance of embedded DVR PC DVR with machine cumbersome and compatibility issues and unstable factors ; production XPE embedded visualization of the operating system , the system is both embedded and stability , but also with the Windows operating -friendly and powerful performance and the development of fast characteristics ; development services client application . Client , based on the analysis of streaming media network transport protocol and multimedia compression technology of based on the Symbian platform , using C language to achieve the development of the entire client 's ; to use Avkon view of the architecture to achieve a user interface design , decoding transplantation FFmpeg source , using HTTP protocol for network communication , the use of active objects modular design ; complete the following six modules : UI module , playback control module , decoding module , network transmission module , video scheduling play module , remote control module . Client software has been successfully ported to Nokia phones , video decoding to good effect . Finally , the paper work summary and outlook .
