Abstract


ZigBee technology is a low-power , low-cost , low-rate , high reliability , the technical characteristics of the wireless network communication technology, which is designed specifically for wireless sensor networks and network control made ??. Complex application environment based on the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology , network energy consumption has been the research focus of many experts . Research programs in order to reduce the average energy consumption of ZigBee network , the paper, we introduce a DSR source routing routing find mechanisms RREQ packet limit the spread of the number and direction of propagation delay critical node failure , designed four improved ZigBee network routing algorithm . The improved algorithms significantly reduce the number of RREQ packet transmission , the RREQ packet transmission the general direction and spread range control to reduce the the routing link failure , the number of route discovery mechanism restart . While improving algorithm also consider the residual energy of the node , as far as routing is to avoid the residual energy of the lower nodes . In this paper, NS2 simulation software the four improved algorithm design , simulation and progressiveness analysis . Experimental results show that the improved algorithm designed in this paper to reduce network energy consumption , extend the time of the effective operation of the network , and enhance the robustness of the routing link .
