In rubber vulcanization processing,the vulcanization is an important phase.The quality of rubber vulcanization depends on curing conditions(temperature, pressure and time ). Because in the actual production process fluctuations in temperature and pressure which operators can’t accurate grasp makes that it’s unable to ensure accurate vulcanization time and owe vulcanization or after vulcanization.
