Abstract


With the rapid development of database technology and the wide application of the database management system , more and more people accumulated data . The surge data behind many important information , people want to be able to be a higher level of analysis , in order to make better use of these data . The current database systems can be efficiently implemented data recorded , query, statistics and other functions , but can not find associated data and rules can not be based on the existing data to predict future trends . Means of knowledge hidden behind the lack of mining data , leading to the \Application requirements to promote a new technology was born - data mining . This article describes the application of data mining technology in the banking system the Merchants Bank CRM customer relationship management system , for example , the first people to eliminate technology for data mining misunderstanding of data mining techniques to establish a correct concept , behind data mining techniques application lay the foundation ; then provide data mining technology in clustering analysis to customers effective classification , association rule mining techniques to find out the correlation between the business and financial marketing services for different customers , personalized . CRM customer relationship management system , is one of the hot topics of the rise in recent years , essentially all of the bank to deploy and apply CRM customer relationship management system . With the wide application of the bank's CRM customer relationship management system , CRM data warehouse also stored a lot of customer data . How effective analysis of these data applications has become a lot of people are concerned about the direction . The papers from the definition of customer relationship management , classification, starting development at home and abroad , combined with the use of data mining techniques , data mining , and the importance of the process of implementation of the Bank CRM customer relationship management system and mining results analysis .
